What to Do Before We Arrive

If water is leaking, turn off the water supply to the boiler and switch it off at the fused spur. If you smell gas, turn the supply off at the meter, open windows and call the national emergency line on 0800 111 999 first.

Getting You Warm Again

The first job is safety, the second is heat. If the part needed has to be ordered we will make the boiler safe and, where we can, get you temporary heating for the night. You will be told what is happening and when.
